  Replacement of 2 Nos NITROGEN GENERATION PACKAGES

  
  
  Description: Petrofac Emirates LLC has recently awarded a shutdown for the duration of two months at CS-4 ADCO, Habshan for the Replacement of Nitrogen Generation Packages. The scope includes the removal of old & redundant two Packages by Jacking, Rigging, Lifting & Transportation from the process shed area & Installation of Two new Nitrogen Generation Packages at the same foundation. This also includes excavation of cable trenches, Civil works for the existing foundation with new cabling of Electrical & Instrumentation with other allied services like Piping, Pre-commissioning and vendors support for Commissioning i.e. Bluetek, Schneider & Yokogava. The work is in progress through ADNOC approved Method Statements, Task Risk Assessments and the Rigging Studies & Rigging plans. Two Old Units are already been replaced with the New Nitrogen generation Module Plants and other allied services i.e. Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation is in progress to the entire satisfaction of EPC Contractor “Petrofac” and the owner “Adnoc Company for Onshore Operation.

  GHALILAH POWER PLANT RAS-AL-KHAMAH

  
  
  Description: The job for the replacement of Duplex piping & Membrane Headers modification is recently been awarded at Ghalilah Power Plant in Ras-Al-Khamah. The works includes the replacement of old & redundant existing piping with Duplex material and major modification of water membrane Headers for water treatment plant. Fixshine General Contracting has approved all the Welding Procedures, Welders Qualification tests (WPS & WQT) and other quality requirement. All the piping & modification works requires 100 percent Radiography and Hydrotest.
